政党建设与现代国家发展的内在关联性——基于中国政党制度发展的考察与分析

中国自辛亥革命始迈入现代国家已有百年的征程.现代国家对政党的选择和政党的自身建设,伴随着现代国家发展的全过程.无论是为取得革命的胜利,还是为巩固执政地位,政党作为一种主导性的力量领导着国家发展；同时,现代国家发展的难题和转折也在考问着政党的领导能力和执政水平.现代国家选择了政党,政党也领导着现代国家,但是只有把政党建设的逻辑嵌入到现代国家发展的逻辑中去,政党才能更好地服务于现代国家发展,政党也才能由此获得长盛不衰的法宝.

The Inner Relationship between the Development of Modern States and Politic Party Building: Base on the Study of the Development of China' s Political Party Institutions

This paper attempts to explore the inner relationship between political parties and modern states by studying the case of China.It has been a century since China became a modern state marked by the Xinhai Revolution in 1911.In the past century,the choice of the state for the political party and the construction of the party has been a continuous process.The party,as the leader,has governed the building of the modern state,not only in gaining sovereign independence with the revolution,but also in consolidating the construction of the power.At the same time,the difficulties and the transition in building the modern state has tested the leadership and the ruling ability of the party.The state has chosen the party.At the same time,the party has led the modern state.However,it remains a puzzle as to how a party could maintain its leadership and progressiveness for a long period of time.Only when the logic of the constitutional construction of a party is embedded in the logic of the construction of a modern state,could the party serve the modern state better and consequently maintain its long lasting viability and prosperity.
