| 摘 要： | 澳大利亚对于外来移民持欢迎态度,其难民政策带有宽容性和包容性,在安置难民方面发挥了一个发达国家的重要作用。但是,在美国经历9·11事件以后,澳大利亚政府从国家安全考虑,进一步采取法律手段加强了政策控制,控制的后果是损伤了澳大利亚的国际声誉。日前,难民政策问题已成为澳大利亚朝野争论的热点问题。

| Abstract: | Australia welcomes immigrants and is tolerant to refugees.Australia has played an important role in the resettlement of refugees,a role consistent with its status as a first world country.However,in the wake of the 9·11 incident,the Australian government has tightened its refugee policy for the sake of national security.The result is the damaged reputation of Australia.Nowadays,refugee policy has become an issue of great controversy between the government and the opposition party. |
