新产品合作研发战略与创业型企业创新绩效研究

在运用因子分析对企业创新绩效进行探索性构建的基础上,以山东省143家创业型企业为样本,分析了新产品在是否采用合作研发的不同情况下创业型企业创新绩效的表现及其影响因素。实证结果表明,产业集群、研究机构邻近、行业协会邻近、上下游企业邻近、信息调整作用、技术关系、研发经费投入、企业和行业的侵权水平以及行业集中度等因素对创业型企业的创新绩效产生了显著的作用,而新产品是否采用合作研发战略、高校邻近、同业邻近以及外溢技术的调整作用等没有对创新绩效产生显著影响。

The Research on the New Product Cooperative R & D Strategy and the Innovative Performance of Entrepreneurial Firms

With a sample of 143 entrepreneurial firms in Shandong province this paper applies factor analysis to investigating the respective innovative performance and its determinants of entrepreneurial enterprises either resorting to the strategy of new product cooperative research and development or not.It is found that factors such as industrial clustering,research institute adjacency,industry associations adjacency,up and down-trend firms adjacency,information adjusting effect,technology relations,research and development input,enterprise and industry tort scale,and industry intensity have significant impact on the innovative performances of these entrepreneurial firms.Factors such as new product cooperative research and development,adjacency to higher education institutions,guild adjacency,and the adjusting effect of spilt-over technology do not produce significant impact on the innovative performance of these entrepreneurial firms.
