United Nations Peace\|Keeping Operation:its processes and principles

The United Nations Peace\|Keeping Operation is becoming more and more important during its fifty years existence.Therefore,it is necessary to study its processes and principles.In this paper,its processes are divided into three stages,namely,establishment and development,desolateness and stagnation,and its new leap.As for the principles,on the base of the experiences and lessons in history and according to the international comment,especially the standpoints of China government,the paper suggests a series of basic principles that the United Nations Peace\|Keeping Operation should obey.
