| 摘 要： | 重新审视食品营养与安全专业的培养目标，凭借一种特有的教育资源优势，建设特色鲜明的食品营养与安全专业是一个全新的专业建设思路。构建一个特色鲜明的教学科研团队，是优化课程体系、创新教学模式的前提；而注重学生创新能力的培养，则是食品营养与安全专业建设的关键。
