“政民互动”的公共服务平台评析——以太原市“迎泽之窗”政府网站为例

政府门户网站是政府向社会提供公共服务和管理的电子化窗口,依托这个电子化的平台,政府与社会和公民之间得以形成了沟通渠道和反馈机制。中心城区是城市的一级行政区域,汇集了城市生产和生活要素的精华。文章以太原市迎泽区政府门户网站＂迎泽之窗＂为个案进行剖析,从网站提供信息公开平台、政务服务平台及互动参与平台三方面来探索＂迎泽之窗＂网站公共服务的现状及改进措施。

On the Public Service Platform Featuring Interaction between Government and the People——A case study of a government website"Window into Yingze"

Government portals are the electronic windows by means of which the governments provide public service and management to the communities.With the help of this electronic platform,a channel of communication,as well as feedback mechanisms,is set up between the government,the community and the citizen.The central district of a city is the primary administrative zone,accomodating the essence of production and life of the city.This paper,based on a case study of the government portal ＂Window into Yingze＂ of the Yingze district,explores its work in the public service and measures to its improvement,from the following three respects——the platform for information openness,for the service of public affairs and for interactive participation.
