工业设计促进制造业转型与升级研究--以江苏常州为例

产业互动发展已成为推动社会经济发展的重要举措。作为现代服务业重点发展的产业，工业设计以一种低消耗的方式提高企业的自主创新能力，提升企业的工业化水平，增加产品的附加值，从而推动制造业企业的转型与升级。立足工业设计及制造业现状，通过调研找出了影响制造业及工业设计发展的制约因素，从加大对工业设计政策支持力度、搭建工业设计的公共服务平台、创新产学研的合作机制和扶持设计公司的发展等四个方面促进制造业转型与升级。

A Study of the Promotional Effects of Industrial Design on the Transformation and Upgrade of Manufacturing Industry

Industrial interaction development has become an important measure to promote the development of so-cial economy.As a key development industry in modern service industries,industrial design enhances the inde-pendent innovation ability of enterprises in a low-cost way,promotes the industrialization level of the enterprises, and increases the added value of products,so as to promote the transformation and upgrade of the manufacturing en-terprises.Based on the status quo of industrial design and manufacturing industry,through a series of researches, the factors affecting the development of manufacturing industry and industrial design are found out.The promotion of the transformation and upgrade of manufacturing industry should be carried out from the following four aspects：intensifying policy support,building the public service platform of industrial design,innovating the cooperation mechanism among manufacturing,education and research and supporting the development of design companies.
