多媒体技术在护士规范化培训的应用现状调查

目的调查多媒体技术在护士规范化培训中的应用现状，分析存在问题，以更好的改进多媒体技术的应用。方法自行设计调查问卷对培训完成的164名护士进行调查，内容包括：多媒体技术在规范化培训中效果评价；需应用多媒体技术的培训项目；多媒体技术在规范化培训中应用存在问题。采用百分比进行描述性统计分析。结果多媒体技术在规范化培训中应用广泛，效果显著，满意度高，需应用多媒体技术的培训方式有操作示教、疾病查房、专题讲座，但存在运用形式单一，内容更新相对缓慢，护士学习压力较大的问题。结论多媒体技术在护士规范化培训中应用广泛，但存在问题，需进行改进。

The status investigation of multimedia technology applicated in the nurses standardized training survey

Objective To investigate multimedia technology application status in the standardized training of the nurses, found out the problem, and to analyze the problem, to better improve the application of multimedia technology. Methods Choose 164 nurses who receive standardized training in Jiangxi Provincial People＇s Hospital in 2010 - 2012, give a questionnaire. Results Multimedia technology is widely used in the standardized training, the effect is remarkable, satisfaction of nurses is high, but the form is singel, content updates relatively slowly, there is a phenomenon that the nurses absorb knowledge ineffective. There are certain difficulties in application of trained nurses in the future clinical work. Conclusion strengthen the attention of standardized training of nurses and application of multimedia technology, improve the undesirable aspects of the application of multimedia technology.
