瑞舒伐他汀治疗不稳定型心绞痛的疗效及血清HCY、NT-proBNP水平观察

目的通过检测瑞舒伐他汀治疗不稳定型心绞痛（UAP）患者的血脂、高敏C-反应蛋白（hs—CRP）、同型半胱氨酸（HCY）及N末端B型钠尿肽原（NT—proBNP）水平，观察瑞舒伐他汀对UAP患者血脂、炎性反应、心脏功能及临床疗效的影响。方法选择96例UAP患昔分为观察组和对照组，观察组在对照组常规治疗基础上增加瑞舒伐他汀治疗，检测治疗前后血脂、血清hs—CRP、HCY及NT—proBNP水平，及观察治疗后的临床疗效。结果①治疗前两组血脂及血清hs-CRP水平均无显著性差异（P〉0．05）；治疗12周后，观察组血清TC、TG、LDL—C、hs—CRP水平均显著降低（P〈0．01），血清HDL—C水平显著升高（P〈0．01），与对照组相比均具有显著性差异（P〈0．01）。②治疗前两组血清HCY、NT—proBNP水平均无显著性差异（P〉0．05）；治疗12周舌，观察组血清HCY、NT—proBNP水平均显著降低（P〈0．01），显著低于对照组治疗后的水平（P〈0．01）。（④观察组的显效簪、有效率和总有效率（36．9％，49．3％，85．0％）均显著高于对照组（19．5％，33．3％，52．8％）（P〈0．01）。结论瑞舒伐他汀可改善UAP患者炎性反应、血脂及HCY水平，改善心脏功能，提高临床疗效。

Rui shu laval statin treatment the curative effect of UAP and serum HCY and NT-proBNP level observation

Objective By detecting red blood lipids of shu cut statin therapy in patients with UAP and hs-CRP and HCY and the NT-proBNP level ,observe rui shu laval statin blood lipid and inflammatory reaction in patients with UAP and heart function and the influence of the clinical curative effect. Methods Choose 96 patients with UAP were divided into observation group and control group, the observation group in the control group based on regular treatment, comfortable cut statin therapy, before and after treatment were detected blood lipid and serum hs-CRP and HCY and the NT-proBNP level ,and observe the clinical curative effect after treatment. Results Two groups of blood lipid and serum hs-CRP level before treatment had no significant difference （ P 〉 0. 05 ）. 12 weeks after treatment,the observation group serum TC and TG and LDL-C and hs-CRP levels were significantly lower（ P 〈0. 01 ） ,serum HDL-C were significantly increased（ P 〈 0. 01 ）, compared with the control group with significant difference（ P 〈 0. 01 ）. Two groups before treatment serum HCY and the NT-proBNP level were no significant difference（ P 〉 0.05 ）. 12 weeks after treatment, the serum level of HCY and the NT-proBNP observation group were significantly lower（ P 〈 0. 01 ）, significantly lower than the control group after treatment （ P 〈 0. 0h ）. The significant efficiency and effectiveness of observation group and the total effective rate （36. 9% ,49. 3% ,85.0% ） were significantly higher than control group（ 19. 5% ,33.3% ,52. 8% ） （ P 〈 0. 01 ）. Conclusion Rui shu laval statins can improve the inflammatory response in patients with UAP and blood lipid and HCY levels,improve heart function, improve clinical curative effect.
