高同型半胱氨酸血症对脑梗死患者认知功能的影响

目的：探讨高同型半胱氨酸血症与脑梗死患者认知功能障碍的关系。方法将80例脑梗死患者按照简易精神状态量表（ MMSE）认知功能不同分为痴呆组和非痴呆组。其中痴呆组36例，非痴呆组44例。对受试者检测其血同型半胱氨酸（Hcy）水平。结果与非痴呆组比较，痴呆组血Hcy水平明显增高（P＜0.05），Hcy水平与高血压、高血脂、糖尿病等危险因素无明显关系（ P＞0.05）。结论血Hcy水平增高可以加重脑梗死患者认知功能障碍，高同型半胱氨酸血症可能是脑梗死认知功能障碍的危险因素。

The effection of hyperhomocysteinemia and cerebral infarction in cognitive impairment

Objective To discuss the relationship between cognitive impairment in hyperhomocysteinemia and cerebral infarc -tion.Methods According to Mini-Metal Status Examination（MMSE） scale,a total of 80 patients with cerebral infarction were di-vided into dementia group（n=36） and non-dementia group（n=54）,the level of homocysteine（Hcy） were detected.Results Compared with non-dementia group, Hcy level in the dementia group was higher （P〈0.05）,and Hcy level had no significant corre-lation with hypertension,diabetes,high blood lipid（P〉0.05）.Conclusion The increase of Hcy level can aggravate cognitive im-pairment of cerebral infarction patients , hyperhomocysteinemia may be risk factor of cerebral infarction cognitive impairment.
