| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨老年结肠癌患者的临床特点与围手术期处理的的有关问题。方法回顾性分析我科49例老年结肠癌患者的临床资料。结果49例老年结肠癌患者经过充分的术前准备，均行手术治疗，术后出现并发症13例（26.53％），围手术期死亡1例（2.04％）。结论老年人结肠癌有其特点，重视围手术期处理，积极治疗伴发的疾病，可降低手术风险，提高治愈率。

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate the relevant problem between the clinical characteristics of elderly patients with colon canc -er and peri operation period processing.Methods Retrospective analysis of the clinical data of 49 cases of elderly patients with co-lon cancer.Results 49 cases of elderly patients with colon cancer after the sufficient preparation before operation ,all cases received operation therapy , postoperative complications occurred in 13 cases （ 26.53%） , 1 case died during the peri operation period （2.04%）.Conclusion elderly colon cancer has its own characteristics ,pay attention to peri operation period treatment ,active treatment of concurrent disease ,can reduce the operation risk ,improve the cure rate. |
