| 摘 要： | 目的：分析老年患者的营养风险发生情况以及临床营养支持的应用状况。方法采用定点连续抽样方法，对住院老年患者用营养风险筛查（NRS 2002）方法进行筛查，分析营养风险发生率，对有营养风险患者进行营养支持，并观察疗效。结果老年患者中营养风险发生率较高，并随年龄增长而升高，进行营养支持者预后好。结论通过营养风险筛查对老年患者进行营养支持对临床有积极意义。

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate the prevalence of nutritional risk and nutritional support in elderly patients.Methods By using the method of continuous sampling point （ NRS 2002 ） hospitalized elderly patients with nutritional risk screening method for screening , analysis the incidence of nutritional risk , to nutritional support of patients with nutritional risk , and to observe the effect.Results Elderly patients with a higher incidence of nutritional risk , and increases with age.Nutritional support of patients with good prognosis.Conclusion The nutritional risk screening of nutritional support is of positive significance to the clinical in eld -erly patients. |
