| 摘 要： | 现从业余体育俱乐部概念界定入手,研究组织俱乐部三要素:人力、物力和财力的运行机制。结果显示:业余体育俱乐部在人力方面主要采用会员制及会员的自我管理体制;在物力和财力方面主要是由政府社区等提供和资助,以及自我运营所得等。研究还提示国内具有较好的发展业余体育俱乐部的社会人文环境,政府应大力扶持。

| Abstract: | Starting with the definition of amateur sports clubs,this article discussed human resource,material resource and financial ability of the clubs.It is found that amateur sports clubs are mostly membership managed,government or community financed and self operated.It is also found that amateur sports club has a very bright future in China in terms of social and humane environment. |
