| 摘 要： | 党的十六大提出 ,要在全党开展保持共产党员先进性教育活动 ,这是当前和今后一个时期加强党的建设的一项重要任务。本文总结了国际共运和中国共产党党员队伍建设的理论与实践的经验 ,对新时期党员队伍建设提出了对策。
