| 摘 要： | “城中村”是城市化进程中市民化现实模式的一种。目前“城中村”失地农民的现状离市民化的目标体系甚远一影响“城中村”失地农民市民化的因素主要包括：人口素质、思想观念、行为方式、社会权利、生活质量．据此，提出推进“城中村”失地农民市民化的对策——加强社区文化建设。

| Abstract: | "Rural cities" mode is one of available modes in the process of urbanization. The status of landless peasants in "rural cities" is far from of the target of being residents; the main influential factors to affect "rural cities" landless peasants' being residents are as follows: population quality, thinking, behaviour, social rights and life quality. Accordingly, the paper proposes the countermeasure of advancing the process of "rural cities" landless peasants' being residents---to strengthen the community culture construction. |
