摘    要:广告法中广告真实性原则 ,一方面有其质的规定性 ,对这一规定性应有科学的认识。同时从法的实践合理性角度上看 ,应随着实践的发展 ,针对存在的问题 ,及时提出新的详细的法律规定 ,从而使广告法中有关真实性原则更具针对性。另一方面它在广告法中又有其核心地位。认识这一地位 ,是我们在执法实践中准确执法的基本前提。

Abstract:The authentic principle in Advertisement Law contains both regulation in nature and scientific knowledge.At the same time from the angle of practical ration of law,we should put forward the detained legal regulationis with development of practice and according to existing problems,so as to make the authentic principle in Advertisement law more reasonable.On the other hand,the authentic principle in Advertisement Law contains its central position.Understanding the position is a basic presupposition in the practice of correctly implementing law.
