Sensing the Leviathan
Authors:Jeff Heydon
Abstract:The premise of this article is that the expansion of closed‐circuit television (CCTV) across the contemporary landscape and its utilization by control systems fundamentally alters the process of policing and the social landscape of the cultures involved.
