| 摘 要： | 高等学校管理队伍中,有相当一部分是秘书。如何做好秘书工作,需要努力的方面较多,本文从秘书自身修养、工作定位、处理好与直接领导关系、保持与其它部门人员的协作关系、做好保密工作等方面进行了探讨,为高等学校的秘书提供参考。
