| 摘 要： | 为了提高管理效率,促进办学质量、办学水平和办学效益的全面提升,长江大学对各院系进行了实施目标管理的初步尝试,基本做到了目标明确,任务具体,主次清楚,重点突出,测评体系总体上符合客观实际。实践表明,必须客观设置测评指标,慎重确定测评标准,及时调整并完善实施方案。

| Abstract: | In order to promote its management efficiency ,educational quality ,level and benefit ,Yangtze University makes an attempt to actualize administration by objective in faculties . The aim is specific, the assignment is idiografic, the primary and secondary are clear ,and the emphases are outstanding. The operational system accords with the fact.The practise indicates that the assess index should be objective,the eligibility standard be confirmed and the project be adjusted and perfect. |
