Negative Influence of Local Protectionism on Legal System Construction and Appropriate Way for Administration

The local protectionism and the existing systematical defect on the law mechanism of our country make the current local lawmaking, law enforcement and the running judicial powers tend to be evidently localized. This has been seriously affecting the normal function performance of the judicial organs and hindered the formation of the union big market of the whole country.
