摘    要:彼得先生在其巨著《彼得原理》里为我们清楚地描绘了职业晋升的瓶颈问题:每个人在层级组织里都会得到晋升,直到不能胜任为止。从管理学角度出发,对企业内部晋升的利弊予以分析,以降低“彼得原理”在企业管理中的损害。

Abstract:Mr. Peter describes the bottlenecks in the career promotion clearly in his masterpiece The Peter Principle: every person in the organization level will get promoted until the date they are not competent enough. This article is written from the management point of view, and analyses the pros and cons of the internal promotion in enterprises to reduce the damage of "the Peter Principle " in the management of enterprises.
