家务劳动补偿请求制度的意义及其立法思考

The establishment of this system has very important meaning to promote the social value of house work as well as to protect the legitimate rights and interests of those who devote more to the family.But the system is a newly-increased content after all , there existed insufficiency on the theory design , and the effectiveness is not strong in the practice as well as the anticipated result of the realization of the legislative purpose is unsatisfactory . So the goal pursued of this article is to perfect the legislation design of the system of asking for compensation in house work and make it have more effectiveness , so that better realization of legislative purpose.
