| 摘 要： | 检察机关执法公信力作为一个具有双重维度的概念，包含了检察机关执法对社会的信用和社会对检察机关执法的信赖这两个核心要素。执法公信力的高低受到来自外部及内部多种因素的共同作用。在新形势下，检察机关提升执法公信力需要以科学发展观为指导，从外部及内部，从理念到行为，从个体素能和执法机制等多个方面统筹兼顾，齐下功夫。
