| 摘 要： | 农业院校毕业生就业困难问题日趋明显,逐渐成为人们关注的热点问题。针对农业院校毕业生就业困难影响因素:社会环境因素、高校体制因素、学生个体因素,指出了农业院校毕业生就业面临的实际困难,并就今后如何做好农业院校毕业生就业工作提出了建设性的思考。

| Abstract: | The difficult problem of employment of graduates of agricultural universities is becoming more obvi- ous,and it becomes the focus question that people pay clos attention to gradually.According to the analysis of the in- fluencial factors which make the graduates of agriculture universities hard to be employed:social environmental factor and the system factor of the university and student's individual factor,the article points out that the difficulties and challenge of employment faced by the graduates of agriculture universities.And it puts forward some thoughts about how to do well in the employed work of the graduates of agriculture universities. |
