摘    要:目前我国国有商业银行面临着剧烈的环境变化和角色转换。员工对组织变革的认知与工作压力及其工作表现存在着显著的相关关系。因此,国有商业银行在实施组织变革的过程中,要与员工进行良好的协调与沟通,增加与员工之间的互动性,同时还要对员工进行必要的帮助和咨询,使其在心理上和生理上同时适应银行变革后的新的角色。
