| 摘 要： | 随着经济体制改革的深入 ,河南省的民营科技企业也逐渐成长起来 ,且已成为该省经济发展中的一支新生力量。然而 ,民营科技企业在发展过程中也存在着缺少平等发展的政策环境、缺乏正常的资金融通渠道、市场服务体系不健全、自身缺乏创新能力等问题 ,因此 ,政府有关部门应从外部环境和内部管理等方面采取措施 ,以促进民营科技企业的健康、快速发展。
