| 摘 要： | 本文采用文献资料、逻辑分析的方法,分析了我国当代社会文化的趋势以及这种文化转型对高校学生管理工作的影响,探讨了新的学生管理协动平台的特征。文章认为当代教育的历史叙事以转向“人的全面发展,”以“导师制度——辅导员制度——学生自我管理制度”为主体的多级协动管理平台的建构,将推动高校学生管理工作的进一步发展。
