| 摘 要： | 介绍了西北农林科技大学在陕北17年科技扶贫中,以科技支撑农业产业,以产业带动陕北农村贫困人口脱贫致富的具体做法和成绩。讨论了科技、产业和扶贫之间的关系,认为发展产业是陕北科技扶贫的基础,发挥科教单位的技术优势对扶贫进行科技支撑起到了重要的助推作用。对广泛吸收高等院校参与,构建以高校为依托的扶贫技术推广模式进行了分析,提出了建立与贫困地区需求相匹配的扶贫技术支撑体系的建议。

| Abstract: | The paper introduces the anti-poverty practice and achievements of the Northwest A&F University by offering technology to support the agricultural industries in North Shaanxi.The relationship of technology,agricultural industries and anti-poverty has been discussed.The agricultural industry development is the base in the anti-poverty activity.Extension of agricultural universities in anti-poverty plays an important promotion function.To build a new extension mode with the participation of agricultural universities in anti-poverty has been analyzed.To build a technology support system in anti-poverty which could meet the technology needs of poor people has been suggested. |
