| Abstract: | The " human-oriented" thought is the essence and the core of the view of scientific development.It is one of the basic aspects of the Party being in power idea in the new period.The tertiaries fulfill the " human-oriented" thought,which means " students-centered",impels the educational reform,strengthens the education quality,consummates the personnel training mechanism unceasingly and promotes the university students to mature comprehensively. |
