摘    要:在模匹配理论的基础上,推导并建立了单级突变的矩阵方程,分析得出了多级突变级联及渐变情况下的处理方法。通过编制的计算程序,计算出多模情况下多级突变结构模匹配系数级联矩阵,并由矩阵参数得到所需的腔体谐振频率等物理特性参量。

Abstract:The paper applies the mode-matching technique to produce a abrupt transition matrix, called scattering matrix, which can be cascaded. A method for computing the resonant frequency in a complex cavity consisting of a series of waveguide sections is derived. By computer programming simulation, the cascaded scattering matrix is calculated in multi-mode cases and the characteristic parameters of a cavity, such as resonant frequency and Q-value, are obtained.
