| 摘 要： | 从公孙度割据辽东开始，到公孙渊称王反魏之前，公孙氏政权基本上采取据境自保，不肯轻易逐鹿中原的策略。公孙氏政权统治时期，对内发展经济化，对外改善了东汉后期异常紧张的民族关系，对东北辖区进行了有效管理并影响后世。

During the ruler of this regime, it developed domestic culture and changed the relationship of nationalities later Donghan Dynasty. It dominated effectively Northeast area. |
