论公共产品供给的"价格陷阱"

公共产品的垄断性供给是社会主义市场经济建立中需要解决的重要问题之一 ,在近几年成为学术界乃至社会各界的关注热点。我国公共产品定价之所以陷入“价格陷阱” ,根本原因在于供给的国家行政垄断。因此 ,在借鉴当代西方国家最新管制理论的基础上 ,只有打破政府垄断机制 ,形成合理的定价机制 ,才能提高公共产品供给效率 ,增进国民福利水平
