| 摘 要： | 随着全球人口迅速增长 ,导致人口与环境的尖锐矛盾 ,拥挤效应随之产生。拥挤效应严重影响着人类的身体素质和思想道德素质 ,而协调人口与环境关系 ,弱化拥挤效应应采取控制人口数量、提高人口素质、调整人口结构及保护自然环境的措施
