| 摘 要： | 和谐文化是以和谐为思想内涵、以文化为表现方式的一种文化。和谐理念作为一种道德原则和处世方式,是中国传统道德文化的精髓,在企业管理中的作用和意义不言而喻。文章在深刻考察和谐内涵的基础上,从文化伦理的角度来思考其对营造和谐企业的重要意义。

| Abstract: | Harmonious culture is to take harmony as thought connotation, take culture as one kind of culture showing way. Harmonious idea which is morality principle and ways of dealing with things is the soul of Chinese tradition morality culture. It is important to business administration.The article inspects harmony's connotation,and emphasize its main meaning of building harmonious enterprise from the view of culture ethics. |
