| 摘 要： | 详定编敕所是宋代"以删立法令"为主的一个机构,设立于仁宗天圣五年(1027年),历经了从详定编敕所到详定敕令所的演变.它由提举、同提举、详定官、删定官和一定数量的胥吏组成.通过对"宣敕"的删、润、编,进行编敕,并在立法建设上取得了重大成绩,在宋代立法链条上是散敕上升为一般法律的重要环节,同时也是终端环节.

| Abstract: | The Special Institution of Making and Deleting Laws was set up in the 5th year of Renzong's reign of the Song Dynasty,and it was made up of such ranks of officials as tiju,tongtiju,xiangding,shanding.Through the editing,refining,and deleting the law articles by these officials,law making made great progress in the Song Dynasty. |
