| Abstract: | Teachers of physical culture now face the chang es of the traditional teaching ideas and challenges of the new ideas. Basing himse lf on a study of the documents and data and some interviews with experts, the au thor discusses the adoption of rational teaching methods for physical culture. H e also brings up some positive suggestion for choosing and improving such method s while following the basic principles. |
