This paper is a literature review to diversification operation of China agricultural listed companies.To boost the development of China agricultural listed companies,the paper analysis some typical research results on the diversification issues,because the un-agricultural business activities are very common phenomena in the industry,which cause a lot of problems nowadays.What kinds of multiple operations are the real meaningful and valuable ones to the China agricultural listed companies? After reviewing,this paper offers its own way of looking at the promisingly diversified activities in these listed companies.
