从胡仿兰案看清末女性放足与兴女学运动

清末,女性解放问题受到广泛关注,放足与兴女学是宣传女性解放的重要方面。本文通过考察发生在1907年4月24日江苏沭阳县儿媳胡仿兰因放足与兴女学惹怒翁姑而被翁姑逼毙性命一案,分析此案发生的社会背景与包括沭阳县民众、以端方为代表的清政府、倡导放足的天足会和兴女学的江苏教育总会等在内的社会各界对此案作出的不同反应,笔者试图探析清末女性是如何在社会各界影响之下积极争取放足与兴女学权利的。

A Discussion on Female's Anti-Foot-Binding and Female-School-Establishing Movement in the Late Qing Dynasty through the Case of Hu fanglan

In the late Qing Dynasty,female liberation attracted extensive attention.Anti-Foot-Binding and Female-School-Establishing was two important aspects to propaganda female liberation.This paper,through an inspection of the case of Hu fanglan,a daughter-in-law,who was forced to death by her father-in-law and mother-in law due to her liberation thoughts,analyzes the social background and the different reflections of the government of Qing Dynasty represented by Duanfang,the Bound Foot League who advocated against binding foot and the headquarter of Jiangsu Educational Committee who advocated establishing female school in Shuyang county,Jiangsu province.The author tries to discuss and analyze how the female fought for the right of Anti-Foot-Binding and Female-School-Establishing actively under the influence of the various communities in the late Qing Dynasty.
