Research on the Cooperation Between Tibetan Higher Institutes and the Local Government

Relying on Tibetan region and serving Tibetan region are served as the fundamental purpose and starting point of Tibetan higher institutes.The survival and development of higher institutes needs to strengthen the close ties with the local government.The backwardness in economic and social development,talent shortage and technology requires higher institutes to provide the personnel and intellectual support.The cooperation between higher institutes and the local government is necessary for their mutual development.The author explores the cooperation from the necessity,contents and mechanism of the cooperation and expects this article to be beneficial to both parties.
