| Abstract: | Mao Zedong achieved a lot by conducting valuable inquiry into the issue of socialist development periods. Deng Xiaoping established the theory of primary socialist development period based on the past experiences and profound studies of the basic characteristics of China's socialist society. Jiang Zemin has made further contributions to the theory developed by Deng Xiaoping. |
