| 摘 要： | 旅游对扶贫的作用机理,主要体现为旅游打破贫困地区生态文化资源丰富与经济社会发展落后的两难悖论,给贫困地区和贫困人口带来收入,带动其他相关产业的发展,提供就业机会和岗位,带去消费,提高当地人口素质,突破贫困、人口、资源恶性循环等方面。旅游扶贫的减贫效应,主要包括经济减贫效应、社会减贫效应、生态减贫效应和文化减贫效应等。

| Abstract: | The mechanism of pro-poor tourism deals with two great aspects,mainly including keeping a balance between rich ecological culture resources and backward economic development in poor areas. Pro-poor tourism actually makes big money for the poor areas,stimulates development of other industries,provides employment opportunities and positions,activates consumption,improves the quality of local people and breaks through the vicious circle among poverty,population and resources. The effects of poverty reduction mainly include economic poverty reduction,social poverty reduction,ecological poverty reduction and cultural poverty reduction. |
