教师职业准入制度的研究

摘    要:从我国教师队伍建设的现状、趋势及对教师资格制度的分析来看,我国的教师职业准入制度急需加强。在教育领域内引入职业测评机制是教师职业准入制度发展的必然要求。实施教师职业测评对于教育、社会及个体的发展都具有重要的意义。人职匹配理论是教师职业测评的理论基础。教师职业测评的内容主要包括以下几个方面:职业兴趣测评、职业人格测评和能力倾向测评。

Abstract:According to the analysis of the present condition and the tendency of teachers' construction, and the system of teachers' qualification in China, the system of teachers' admittance greatly needs to be strengthened. In the educational field, the introduction of the occupational test and evaluation system is the necessity for the development of the system of teacher's admittance. The implementation of the occupational test and evaluation makes great sense to education, society and the development of individuals. The person - occupation match theory is the theoretical basis of the teachers' occupational test and evaluation. The contents of the teachers' occupational test and evaluation contain the following: the test and evaluation of occupational interest, the test and evaluation of occupational temperament and the test and evaluation of ability tendency.
