| 摘 要： | 本文运用计量手段,通过对比不同时期词汇的词长现象,考察并分析当代汉语新词语的词长问题。结论是:以双音节词为主导,单音词零增长,词长的极限是1-12个音节。

| Abstract: | This article researches into the syllabic length of neologisms in contemporary Chinese by means of quantitative study and contrast among different characters of several eras. It concludes that two-syllable words are primary and no one-syllable words appear, and the syllabic length is between 1 and 12 syllables. |
