| Abstract: | The environmental crime becomes increasingly prominent in China; it has seriously affected people＇s work and daily life, and caused serious damage and threats to people＇s lives and health. Therefore, it is necessary to carry on the analysis to reasons for the environmental crime, and then formulates the prevention countermeasure according to its findings, in order to control and the reduce it. |
