飞行机长应增强危机管理意识

民用航空运输安全飞行是民航永恒不变的主题。自1974年以来世界商用喷气运输机的事故率基本保持常数。世界范围飞行事故80%与人的失误有关,其中70%与飞行员关系密切。自2004年"11.21"空难以来,中国民航安全飞行记录一直在延续,按照事故的周期性规律,中国民航运输飞行危机潜伏。针对危机管理理论的介绍和飞行中危机诱因和危机应对及决策的分析,以期为机长树立危机管理意识提供借鉴。

Captain Should Strengthen the Awareness of Crisis Management

Security is the everlasting topic of the Civil Aviation.Since 1974,the accident rate of the commercial jet transport aircraft in the world stays constant.The accident statistics within the world indicates that 80% flight accident is related to the human error,and 70% of them is closely related to the pilot.Since "11.21" air disaster in 2004,the safe flight record of China's aviation is kept on and the aviation transportation is in potential crisis with a periodic rule of accidents.At such a sensitive period in an era of globalization and diversification,there is an urgent need for our civil aviation to set up a sound system for crisis management.This article introduces the crisis management theory,analyzes the crisis and causes,and puts forward some countermeasures.
