柑桔根际真菌研究

摘    要:在四川省三江流域柑桔产区及长江柑桔带部分地区柑桔根际微生物生态系统中,柑桔根际真菌的根际效应显著,特别是在柑桔处于旺盛生长发育的幼、壮龄阶段,以及处于迅速生长的季节,根际真菌增长快、数量多,根际效应大。柑桔根际真菌的数量、种群结构和分布的特点是:红桔、橙类的根际真菌最多,实生橙类的真菌高于枳砧,温州蜜柑、枳的根际真菌较少;实生橙类根际真菌中有害真菌多,脚腐、根腐病的发病率高,而枳、温州蜜柑、红桔、柚等的根际真菌中,有益真菌占的比重大,较少发生上述病害。土壤有机质丰富、有效磷较多、土壤 pH值在6.9~7.2范围内,有利于根际真菌的发育,粘土和土壤含水量过低,柑桔根际真菌少。

Abstract:It is evidence for rhizosphere effect of the rhizosphere fungi of the citrus.The rhizosphere fungi of the citrus developed abundandtly and the rhizosphere effect became apparent in the season of growth and at ten to twenty years old of the citrus.They are sparse in the clay drough condition. Rhizosphere fungi tend more abundant in the rhizosphere soil of the Citrus simensis Osbeck.and C.reticu Blanee than thatof the Poncirus trifoliata IL. J Raf.and the C unshiu Marc.Because there were well-devel6ped fungi of antagonism in the rhizosphere soil of the P.trifoliata and C.unShiu,the foot rot and root rot appeared scarcely amongst trees.
