论传统伦理对传统行政管理的消极影响

我国传统伦理具有政治伦理化和伦理政治化的明显特征。它在长期发展的过程中 ,形成了以“三纲五常”为内容、德治为核心的完整的价值体系 ,由于我国传统伦理由家庭伦理化育而来 ,又扩大为政治伦理 ,因而我国传统伦理对传统行政管理产生了巨大的影响。伦理政治、政治伦理使我国传统的行政管理道德化 ,它不仅使传统的行政管理缺乏科学性、稳定性 ,同时影响了传统行政管理的公正与效率 ,极大地牵制了传统行政管理的发展

The Negative Effect of the Traditional Ethicson the Traditional Administration

In our country the traditional ethics is strikingly characterized by ethicizing politics and vice versa. In its long process of development, a complete system of values has been formed with "the three cardinal guides and the five constant virtues" as its content and "rule by virtue" as its core. Owing to the fact that our traditional ethics came from family ethics and, in turn, expanded into political ethics, the traditional ethics in our country has produce enormous effect on the traditional administration. Political ethics and ethic politics moralized our traditional administration, which not only caused the lack of scientificity and stability of the traditional administration, but also affected its justice and efficiency, tremendously hindered its development.
