“最后的选择”：城区老人对机构养老的态度研究——以某地级市为例

随着人口老年化的发展和机构养老事业的兴起，我国将会有越来越多的老人面临机构养老的选择；但老人超出家庭和社区之外的机构养老选择，受到许多因素的影响，并且不一定是主观意愿的。此研究的目的在于探讨城市社区老人对机构养老的主观倾向性及其影响因素。2010年7月对福建省某地级市的调查表明，大部分城市社区老人对机构养老持一种普遍的拒斥态度；他们的这一态度，建立在对其所处的系统环境的自平衡基础上，为老人对健康、家庭照料可及性、机构养老服务质量、机构养老的社会合法性的考虑和支付能力等因素所形塑，并且心理因素也有较大的影响。机构养老往往是老人“最后的选择”。

"The Last Choice": the Urban Aged Peopl's Attitudes toward the Organization

With the rapid ageing and massive nursing homes construction, more and more elderly in China will face the choice of the organization. Influenced by many factors, the aged people are reluctant to choose other nursing home except family and community. The research is to explore the urban aged peopl''s attitudes toward the organization and influencing factors. A case study in July, 2010 in one district of Fujian Province, China showed that in most urban communities the aged people declined universally. Such attitudes are shaped by many factors such as consideration about health, home care accessibility, nursing home care quality and social legitimacy and their affordability and psychological factors. Therefore, the organization is often the last choice of the elderly.
