| 摘 要： | 核电发展对改善我国电力能源结构、实现矿产资源节约和生态环境改善，促进社会、经济与环境的协调发展具有重要的现实意义。文章通过分析法国和美国等国家核电站建设的特点，总结其核电发展的先进经验，从而为我国核电站建设提供有益的经验借鉴和启示，推动我国核电的快速发展。
