| 摘 要： | 随着我校研究生教育规模的不断扩大和类型的多样化,为进一步保证研究生的培养质量,更好地适应新形势的需要,推进研究生教育的改革和发展,加强和完善二级学院管理成为适应新局面的必由之路。文章就研究生教育二级学院管理的可行性、必要性、具体实施方案和保障措施几个方面作了探讨。

| Abstract: | With increasingly extended enrollment and greater diversities of postgraduates,the only way to adapt to the new situation is to strengthen and perfect secondary institute management.Only in this way will the quality of postgraduate education be further guaranteed,the requirements of the new situation be better satisfied,and the reform and development in postgraduate education be promoted.This paper probes into such fields as the feasibility,necessity,specific implementation scheme and safeguard measures of secondary institute management with regard to postgraduate education. |
